I have rebooked my collection, do I need new labels?

You can reuse the same label for your collection if your previous collection was missed or rescheduled.

However, make sure the label matches your current booking and has not been cancelled or replaced. You must always ensure your label is correct.

When can I reuse a label?

  • If your original collection was missed and has been rescheduled, you can use the same label as long as your booking is still active.

  • Do not reuse a label from a cancelled or different order.

  • If you received a replacement label from NI Parcels, please use the most recent label provided.

  • If you are unsure, contact NI Parcels customer support for guidance.
