Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange collections or deliveries to or from airports, seaports, or similar transport terminals.

This includes locations such as passenger terminals, cargo areas, docks, and airport collection points. These sites often have restricted access and require security clearance, which prevents our couriers from collecting or delivering items there.

If you need to send or receive items while travelling, we recommend arranging delivery to a nearby residential or business address, such as a hotel, office, or friend’s home, where someone can sign for the shipment.
