We appreciate there may be instances where you are booking to receive an item instead of sending.

In these instances, the labels should be emailed to the sender to ensure they can be attached to your shipment ahead of collection. Please liaise with the collection side in case you need to change your planned collection date to ensure labelling can be completed.

We provide your labels as a PDF file in your confirmation email which can be forwarded to another person. If you have any difficulty with this, please let us know and we can assist.
