Customs
Updated 1 hour ago
If you are sending parcels internationally, your parcel may be subject to customs charges or fees. The receiver is normally required to pay this, please make them aware.
Parcels sent from Northern Ireland to the EU do not require customs clearance and would be exempt from any customs charges.
However all parcels sent from Great Britain (England, Scotland Wales or associated Islands) to any international destination have been subject to customs clearance since the UK left the EU in 2021.
Customs charges are decided by the destination country’s customs authority when your parcel arrives, so we’re not able to say in advance whether any fees will apply or how much they might be.
