This FAQ covers common questions about refund delays, expected processing times, and what you should do if you have not received your refund from NI Parcels.

Refund Not Received: Questions & Answers

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days by our accounts team when requested. When your refund is processed, it will normally be received into the original payment account within 48 hours.
Where is my PayPal refund?
Refunds to PayPal accounts may appear instantly or take a few hours. If you paid with a card or bank via PayPal, the refund may be sent to your card or bank account instead.
What should I do if my refund is not showing?
Check your PayPal account, including linked cards and bank accounts. Refunds will always go into the original payment account. If you still do not see the refund after 5 working days from receiving your refund confirmation email, you may need to contact PayPal or your bank for help. NI Parcels can provide you with a refund receipt to assist but we cannot help further when the refund has been confirmed to be processed from our side.
