90% of labels will be available immediately after booking in your My Orders.
Some services can take longer to get the labels back from the courier however these will be sent you as soon as we are able to.
You will get an email when your labels are available to print. Do not hand your parcel to the driver without labels.
If your labels are not available after several hours, please try the following steps:
Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for the label email.
Visit the My Orders page to check if your labels are listed there.
