Whilst it is very rare for items to not be collected. if your items were not collected as scheduled, follow these steps to arrange a new collection and understand your options.

Steps to Take

Check your collection window
Drivers collect items between 09:00 and 18:00. Ensure the scheduled collection day is not a public holiday.

Confirm your parcel was ready and accessible
Make sure your items were packaged, labeled, and available at the address during the collection window.

Contact NI Parcels support

Go to https://www.niparcels.com/contact to notify our team that your items were not collected. Provide your order number and collection details.

Request a reschedule

Ask support to arrange collection for the next available working day. Most missed collections can be rescheduled for the next working day.

NI Parcels aims to make missed collections right as quickly as possible. Always contact support for the fastest resolution.
