Learn how to access, download, and complete the customs forms required for sending parcels outside the UK and EU with NI Parcels.
Prerequisites
You must have an NI Parcels account and be logged in.
Your order must be booked and visible in the My Orders section.
Steps to Access and Complete Customs Forms

Go to My Orders
Log in at www.niparcels.com. Click on My Orders at the top right of the website.

Find your shipment
Locate the order for which you need customs forms.

Click Edit Customs
Next to your order, click the Edit Customs button to view or enter required customs information.

Complete customs form online
Fill in all required details (e.g., contents, value, sender/receiver info). Double check everything is correct as this cannot be changed after submitting.

Print Your Labels
Within about ten minutes of completing your customs forms, you should receive your shipping labels.
Almost all of the orders use Electronic Customs Data which means this is already sent to your courier's systems and the labels are all you need to attach to your parcel.
Troubleshooting
I can't find the Edit Customs button.
Make sure your shipment is booked and paid for and in My Orders.
If the Edit Customs button is missing, your route may not require customs forms or your booking is incomplete.
I need to change customs information after submitting.
Return to My Orders, select your order, and click Edit Customs again to update details before your collection date.
You will be required to print new shipping labels - if you use the old ones, the old customs data will be the information used by customs.
FAQ
Are customs forms always required?
You only need customs forms for shipments going outside the UK and EU, and for shipments travelling from the UK to Northern Ireland depending on the information provided during booking.
Can I get blank customs forms to fill by hand?
No. All customs documentation must be generated through your NI Parcels account for accuracy and compliance.
