How do I top up my NI Parcels Account and receive additional discount
Step 1: Access your Top Up Balance
Click My Account in the top right corner.
Select Top Up Balance.
Step 2: Choose Top Up Amount
In the Top Up Balance section, enter the amount you wish to top up.
The website will automatically calculate any discounted additional credit you will receive.
Step 3: Make Payment
You can pay using a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Any NI Parcels credit must be used on future shipments only and cannot be returned to the original payment source.
